Waterjet cutting is the least known cutting technology.
This process can be used to cut any material in
which the water itself does not cause damage
Our quotations are sent within 24 hours, and production deadlines are coordinated with the customer’s requirements.
As there is no heat input during the cutting process, all materials up to 150 mm can be machined with this method.
Feel free to contact us even if you are clueless whether this technology is really the answer!
Over the years, we have been fortunate to provide the right products for customers with a wide range of profiles. We have worked with the most diverse and interesting materials, but the following are guaranteed to work for everyone:
Because the material does not melt during waterjet cutting, it is capable of the most precise and delicate machining.
Because the cutting beam is well focused, it only works along a precise line
There is no heat when cutting with a water jet, so it can cut through material up to 150 mm thick. Such a system with heat input does not yet exist.
In the last few years, the demands on industrial waterjet cutting have increased dramatically.
Water jet cutting involves a small diameter, very high pressure jet of liquid water travelling at extreme speed towards the target. It carries millions of tiny particles in a stream – so-called abrasive material.
The abrasive material is special, purpose-made, high-strength rock chips that are mixed into the water stream by a dosing system. When they impact, they transfer energy to the material as if tens of thousands of tiny cannons were bombarding the cutting plane.
The great advantage of water cutting over heat cutting is that it can be used on almost all materials, regardless of their structural composition.
We will certainly do our best to find a solution!
